Cornell Beef Club

Our mission is to serve as a strong advocate for the beef cattle industry by educating, engaging, and inspiring students to become informed voices in agriculture.

We aim to:

• 📚 Provide students with valuable insights into current industry trends through our guest speaker series.
• 💬 Create opportunities for meaningful conversations about beef production, sustainability, and advocacy.
• 🍴 Host our annual Spring Steak Cookout, a signature tradition that connects students to the story of their food while building community on campus.

Together, these efforts help bridge the gap between agriculture and the wider Cornell community, ensuring students not only learn about the beef industry but also understand its role in food, sustainability, and society.
